  “We had a really concerning experience with Scaffolding Solutions (Manassas location) and strongly advise against using them. The pricing was completely unreasonable – a simple one-day, 14ft, one-man job ended up costing us $2,814, which was far more than the price of the scaffolding itself. Our representative seemed to misunderstand the quoting process, and the final bill was riddled with confusing charges. They individually priced assembly and disassembly at $1,400 each, and delivery and pickup at $400 each, leading to a final cost that was several times higher than expected. We had to essentially take matters into our own hands to avoid an additional $1,400 charge for disassembly. Adding to the issue, they arrived without enough of the correct floorboards. And when we raised our concerns about the pricing, they simply demanded full payment upfront to avoid collection fees – despite our attempts to work with them. It was a completely inflexible and frankly, rude experience. As a commercial painting company, we rely on various vendors, and this was, without a doubt, the worst experience we’ve ever had.
