  Honestly, my experience was really frustrating. The service was poor, and the prices were way too high. The owner was incredibly condescending, talking down to me and making me feel like I was a child. Worse, she seemed to disregard the decisions made by her managers. I’d strongly advise against using her services – you’d be better off watching some YouTube tutorials and installing it yourself – you’d likely get much better service and a more positive experience. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service I’ve received regarding my new Armstrong vinyl flooring. Because the floor was quite large, it required glued seams, and unfortunately, those seams have repeatedly come undone. I’ve been trying to get someone out to fix the issue for years now, but despite my calls, no one has ever responded. It’s completely unacceptable, especially considering the install guarantee.” report abuse
