  Overall, Pekarske Builders did a fantastic job building our new home. From the very beginning, with the initial designs and those really helpful 3-D renderings, they were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Dave Pekarske was particularly great at guiding us through the whole design process, and the renderings really helped us see exactly what the finished product would look like. Mark and Dave were always quick to answer any questions we had, and the entire team was just so professional and respectful throughout the entire build. From Dave’s meticulous planning and organization to Mark’s skilled construction and supervision, you could tell they were dedicated to doing everything perfectly. We especially appreciated how quickly they responded to our requests and how expertly they managed all the subcontractors.   Working with Pekarske Builders was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the very start, Mark and Dave were so helpful as we designed our new home, and the 3D renderings they provided were incredibly useful. Throughout the entire building process, we were consistently impressed – their organization was top-notch, the communication was excellent, and the quality of the work was truly outstanding. Mark was especially fantastic; he was always readily available to answer our questions, and he was so prompt and helpful. It gave us a real sense of confidence knowing we could easily reach him. Our home was finished on time, and Mark has continued to be a great resource for us since we moved in.   Working with Pekarske Builders was a truly fantastic experience from beginning to end. From the first meeting with David and Mark, we knew we’d made the right choice. They really listened to our vision for a new home and skillfully adapted our initial plans to perfectly suit our needs. The construction itself, from December through April, was challenging with the weather, but Mark kept us consistently updated and ensured the project stayed on schedule. Honestly, the quality of their work was outstanding – it’s clear they take immense pride in their craft. David and Mark were incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns, always prompt with their calls, and genuinely understanding throughout the entire process.   Pekarske Builders did a fantastic job replacing our patio door and bow window. Mark, the owner, was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, from the initial estimate to the final installation, and he even followed up afterward. The crew was clearly experienced and professional, and Mark was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns – he’d even come to the site to discuss solutions if needed.   Honestly, I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I hired them to install some commercial glass assemblies on my building, and it was a constant battle with mistakes. The windows leaked terribly, creating a huge problem underneath, and it was incredibly difficult to get them properly installed. The owner, Mark Pekarske, even seemed to deflect blame, claiming he didn’t recognize our company’s name – a pretty standard reaction when someone leaves a negative review. Despite them being a home-building company, Mark was frequently on-site with his Pekarske Builders truck, which just added to the confusion. I invested a significant amount of money, and to this day, people still ask me about the water puddle inside my building. It's a really unfortunate situation, and I would absolutely recommend going with a different builder – Mike Howe and Jim Reif were much more reliable. While I'm sure they're capable, my experience was a complete nightmare, and I just wanted two simple commercial glass assemblies done right. report abuse
