  Overall, Basement Solutions did a fantastic job resolving our basement water issue. We got several quotes, and frankly, the other companies seemed a little pushy and unprofessional – it’s definitely a tricky industry with some shady operators out there. But Mitch and the team at Basement Solutions were a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly honest, really explained everything clearly, and never pressured us into making a decision. Mitch was always responsive, whether it was a phone call or a text, and they were incredibly helpful when we discovered some additional problems that needed addressing.   Basement Solutions was absolutely fantastic! I contacted them after my realtor, Cindy Florine, suggested it, and I’m so glad we did. They completely transformed my basement – we had a consultation and the work was done within a month, and it’s been 12 years since we’ve had a dry basement thanks to their initial work. They expertly installed an egress window, integrated it with my existing radon and sump pump systems, and even stabilized some foundation issues. What really impressed me was their professionalism and care. The crew arrived on time, fully equipped, and kept me updated throughout the process, even calling me while I couldn't be there to discuss the plan. They were incredibly respectful of my property and my son was completely fascinated by their work.
