  Overall, we were really pleased with LRM’s work. They did a fantastic job on our slab work before we moved in, then our driveway a few months later and finally a back patio for our hot tub this year. Colby was excellent on the sales side, and the forms crew was professional and did a really clean, high-quality job. We felt the pricing was fair, and everything they did looked great. Communication was good too, especially considering they were busy, so we’d absolutely recommend them anywhere they service. report abuse

  “I was extremely disappointed with LRM. They completely failed to deliver, with no communication for ten days and consistently being unavailable when I tried to get in touch. Ultimately, I had to go with another company who finished the job in a fraction of the time.   I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. To be blunt, one of their employees, a man named Dan, was completely unacceptable. He started acting aggressively with my husband simply because we were frustrated about them being over a week late moving a vehicle from the driveway. He even made disparaging remarks about our rental agreement and threatened our property could be stolen – it was utterly appalling. Honestly, a company employing someone with such a confrontational and disrespectful attitude is a serious concern, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. report abuse

  Honestly, I had a really negative experience with this company. The staff, including a guy named Levi, were incredibly rude, and I wouldn’t recommend working with them.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the work Leelanau Redi-Mix did in my basement. Within just two months, the walls and floors are riddled with cracks and constantly leaking water – it’s completely unacceptable. They clearly didn’t properly address the footings, which were set in the water table, leading to this massive problem. To make matters worse, the septic drain field they installed also failed, forcing us to hire another company, Alper’s Excavating, to fix it. There are countless cracks throughout the basement, garage, and even the porch. I want to be clear – this isn’t a malicious review, I’m simply sharing my experience to warn others. I’d welcome anyone who wants to see the quality of their work firsthand. You can even contact my attorney, Brace Kern with BEK Law – you might have heard of him.   Jerry and his team were fantastic! He’s a really knowledgeable guy, and everyone was so nice and did a great job – plus, the price was very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend him to a friend who needs similar work done. report abuse
