  “Overall, we were really pleased with Knoble Engineering’s work on our crawl space and roof. The project wrapped up in late February, so we haven’t had a chance to fully assess the long-term durability, but the quality of their work was excellent. Jesse and his team were fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and hardworking. Jesse kept us consistently updated on the progress and always took the time to answer our questions patiently and professionally. Chad Atcheson was also a huge asset, providing expert advice and a really responsive, personalized service.   Chad from Knoble Engineering was fantastic – truly a competent and meticulous structural engineer. He thoroughly assessed the house I’m buying, identifying potential issues with impressive detail and documenting everything clearly. His initial report flagged some valid concerns, which were then confirmed by a foundation specialist and another engineer. What really impressed me was Chad’s willingness to collaborate and revisit his findings, working with other professionals to get a complete understanding of the situation. Ultimately, everyone agreed the foundation was sound, but stressed the importance of addressing the water drainage. Chad’s use of his video inspection system to assess the drainage pipes was incredibly helpful, allowing the repair company to work efficiently. I’m scheduling a follow-up inspection and elevation survey to ensure we have a solid baseline, and I wholeheartedly recommend Knoble Engineering – I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. report abuse
