This place is fantastic – the people are wonderful and incredibly helpful, and the products are truly excellent.

“I’ve always had a really positive experience working with them – Tina in particular is fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable.”
-
“They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of building our retirement home.”

Samantha assured us the countertops would arrive alongside the rest of the materials, which was really frustrating when the installer showed up and they weren’t there. We had to wait an extra month for them to arrive, and even then, one countertop was an inch too short and the other an inch too long. The installer did his best to manage the situation given the tight timeline.

Honestly, I was really hoping this place would be a helpful resource for my building project, but my experience was quite frustrating. There seemed to be a lot of inconsistency – some employees were willing to discuss pricing via email, while others insisted it wasn’t allowed. When I went in to get quotes on a few window brands, it took them days to get back to me with the information. It was really confusing and felt like a step back in time; it’s like they just connected to the internet recently. If you know exactly what you’re looking for, they might be okay, but if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and helpful experience while exploring options, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Despite the staff being polite, the overall service just wasn’t what I expected.

“We visited this store hoping to get some ideas for our extensive renovation project, but we were really disappointed. The displays were quite basic and lacking in detail, and most items didn’t have prices listed. Unfortunately, the one employee we encountered was incredibly rude and unhelpful – he seemed to be actively discouraging us, even suggesting we consult a contractor. It felt like he wasn’t interested in assisting us at all, and the overall experience made us feel unwelcome and like we weren’t valued as customers. We ultimately left and went to Menards.”
-
“The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. I was really impressed with the quality of the lumber – it was noticeably better than what I found at Menards, and they had a wider range of sizes available. Plus, the prices were competitive.”
-
The ranch pine trim, a 16-foot unit, was unfortunately discontinued by Menards.
-
The team was really impressive – clearly very knowledgeable and they also offered some really competitive prices.
