  We recently bought our first home, a fixer-upper built in 1928, and quickly discovered we had a lot of work ahead of us. One of the biggest issues was a concrete retaining wall along the property line, bordering our neighbor’s – it was pretty bad, leaning significantly and causing some tension during the house purchase. I started getting quotes as soon as we moved in, and Eddy from Beyond Real Estate was fantastic. He gave us a really good price, even offering a discount to get things started, and the demolition began yesterday. Honestly, the job turned out to be much more complicated than we anticipated! The wall was deeply embedded in the ground, requiring a lot of heavy equipment – saws, a bobcat, and even a small excavator that got stuck. But throughout the whole process, Eddy was incredible. He was so professional and kind, kept things moving forward, and even called this evening to apologize for the delay. I’m really pleased to say that the job is now finished – the wall looks fantastic! Eddy and his team did a brilliant job and I would definitely recommend them. report abuse
