  I had a really frustrating experience trying to get a fence repaired. Despite their website advertising repair services, they were completely unresponsive unless I could prove I’d originally had the fence installed by them. It felt like they weren’t interested in helping at all, which was a really off-putting attitude. Honestly, it seemed like they’d only offer support to existing customers, and I ended up feeling like I was wasting my time. I’m probably better off looking for a different company to discuss a repair. report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience at this store. I was looking for a specific type of chain link fence, and the employee wasn’t patient with my unfamiliarity with the technical terms. He kept repeating complex descriptions of the fence, even after I explained that I could describe it based on its features, like the 5-foot bar at the end post. He seemed incredibly dismissive, almost as if he thought I was deliberately trying to be difficult. After showing me the exact fence I wanted, he quoted me an extremely high price. Then, he became increasingly impatient with my questions and continued to treat me rudely. Ultimately, he told me to leave the store – he was the owner! I ended up finding the same fencing online for significantly less money at another store, American Fence and Supply. It was a very disappointing and uncomfortable interaction. report abuse
