  I just wanted to express how incredibly grateful I am to Lakeside for their service. I wasn’t even a regular customer, and I was in a really tough spot needing oil urgently. They were absolutely amazing – so kind and understanding when I called, and they quickly got me scheduled for delivery, even considering my tricky situation living on a steep hill. It’s honestly not always easy to get up there, and I was so worried about getting the salt down properly. The driver was fantastic; he was genuinely surprised by my concern and was so friendly and helpful, explaining all the services Lakeside offers. It really made a difference, especially with the storm coming on and the crazy cold.
