  Stephen and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with the regrading and seeding of my yard. They were so easy to communicate with, always punctual, and incredibly helpful and conscientious throughout the whole process.   Steve did an amazing job – and I was really surprised! My lawn was starting to get overrun with moss, but after he power-raked it, added some new loam, and hydroseeded, things went horribly wrong with a lot of gravel and the seed washing away. I was so disappointed. But what really impressed me was that Steve didn’t just walk away. He followed up with me over the winter, and when he saw the problem was due to rock-filled soil, he took care of it all himself – completely removing the gravel and aerating the lawn so I could finally seed it properly. I mowed it for the first time today and it looks fantastic! Honestly, it’s a stand-up guy, and if you’re not happy with the results, he’ll definitely work to fix it. report abuse

It’s now been a month and I’ve received no communication whatsoever. Clearly, they weren’t able to fulfill their commitment, and I wouldn’t recommend using their services due to their lack of communication.” report abuse

  “I hired this company for some yard work and cleanup, and my initial experience was positive – they were very responsive when I first contacted them. However, things quickly went downhill. After scheduling a viewing for the next day between 4-4:30pm to get an estimate, I didn’t hear back until a couple of hours before they were supposed to arrive. Despite sending a quick text to confirm, I still didn’t get a response until the following day when they finally suggested a new appointment. Unfortunately, they never showed up for either appointment – the first missed one was likely just a miscommunication, but the second was completely unacceptable. I waited and waited, and received no explanation whatsoever. This was a really frustrating experience, and honestly, it’s the first time I’ve ever left a negative review.” report abuse
