Blake Dean was absolutely fantastic – he not only took care of all the annual testing and maintenance on my heat pump system and mini splits, but he also patiently walked me through the best way to use all the features on the remote controls. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to understand, I’ll definitely be asking for him again next time. The customer service was truly exceptional – everyone I interacted with was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Mike was particularly awesome, and Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job with the installation; they were so pleasant and easy to work with. Now that the system is up and running, it’s performing brilliantly, and I’m really pleased with the system size they recommended. They worked with me to create a plan, explaining everything so clearly and breaking down the costs.
