  I was absolutely thrilled with the work Once and Done did on my basement! As a family home built in the 1920s, it’s had its share of issues over the years. But seeing the floor completely dry for the first time ever was incredible – it’s truly remarkable what they accomplished. The crew was fantastic; so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about working with older homes. They clearly took the time to explain everything to me, and they finished the job perfectly on schedule.   I couldn’t be happier with the work this team did! They were incredibly professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Beyond the original work, they even took the initiative to remove some unnecessary stump walls without charging extra – that was a really thoughtful touch.
