  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with this company. I own a commercial property in Lynnwood and had them contracted to handle a straightforward repair for one of my tenants’ restaurants. From the start, the owner, Kenneth, was unhelpful and dishonest. He repeatedly stalled, didn’t complete the repair after weeks, and wouldn’t communicate with either me or the restaurant owner. When I finally confronted him, he offered flimsy excuses and essentially refused to do the work. He even suggested I find another company – which is frankly insulting. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to his unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. report abuse
