  Diamond Touch Masonry truly exceeded our expectations! From the very beginning, Ryan, the owner, was professional and provided us with a quote and contract quickly. Shaun, our foreman, was fantastic – he was so attentive, checking in with us constantly to ensure we were happy with the progress every step of the way. The crew of four worked incredibly efficiently, completely removing our 50-year-old patio in just two hours on Tuesday, and the entire job was finished by Friday. Shaun was a pleasure to work with – so friendly, knowledgeable, and talented, and he kept us perfectly informed. They really paid attention to detail and did a truly beautiful job; our new patio looks fantastic, even better than we imagined! The change from the old brick and flagstone to these beautiful Chatham Blue treads with the fieldstone veneers is just incredible.   Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with Diamond Touch Masonry. Ryan and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on our 110-foot retaining wall – it was a massive undertaking involving removing railroad ties, trees, and a stump. Ryan really took the stress out of it all; he coordinated everything perfectly and kept me fully in the loop every step of the way. I really appreciated knowing exactly what was happening and when to expect things, which gave me complete peace of mind.   We absolutely love our new silver travertine patio – Ryan and his crew did an amazing job! They were so reliable and responsive throughout the whole process, and their work is truly excellent. Beyond just building the patio, they also took care of fixing our stairs and even installed a drainage system to direct water from the gutters.   I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Diamond Touch. I contacted them based on recommendations from a local online group, and I’m so glad I did. Shaun was incredibly professional – he arrived on time for our initial walkthrough, carefully assessed our project, and asked really insightful questions, offering some great suggestions too. We received a detailed estimate within 24 hours, and the work actually started within just two weeks of signing the contract, which was great. Throughout the entire process, Shaun kept me fully informed with regular updates, photos, and texts, which was especially appreciated as I live off Cape. He’s a really smart and skilled worker, and that combination is fantastic. The final result was exactly what we envisioned, even better thanks to Shaun’s recommendations. While Diamond Touch isn’t the cheapest option, it was definitely worth the investment – we got excellent quality work and service.
