  “We’ve been incredibly disappointed with b-dry and their system. Our experience has been riddled with issues, starting with their so-called lifetime warranty which has proven to be completely misleading. After just three years of owning our home, our basement flooded despite having the b-dry system installed. They blamed it on ants, but hadn’t mentioned the potential impact of tree roots nearby – a critical oversight that could have prevented the problem. Eight years later, the system failed again, and we’ve now clearly seen the tree roots causing the damage. We’ve gotten multiple assessments from other companies, and they all agree: this is a failed system, and b-dry should be responsible for covering the damage to our foundation. What’s frustrating is that b-dry keeps trying to sell us additional products to fix their own product’s shortcomings. Communication has been shockingly poor; it took weeks to receive an estimate for the foundation repair, and they’ve consistently avoided addressing the core problem. Frankly, it feels like a scam. We’re looking for a company that stands behind its products, not one that tries to profit from their failures. We urge anyone considering b-dry to do their research and make an informed decision.” report abuse

  “I’m so pleased with the B-Dry perimeter system – it’s been a fantastic investment! I bought my house in 2009 and the system, which was originally installed in 1995, has worked flawlessly for over 15 years without any maintenance. It’s wonderful that the lifetime warranty is transferring to the new owners; it’s a testament to the quality of the product and the great customer service I received.” report abuse

  I’ve been incredibly happy with B-Dry System – I had them install the system over 15 years ago when I was dealing with a really bad leak in my basement. It worked wonderfully, and I called them again when I had issues a couple of times since. Recently, after all the recent rain, my basement started filling up, and a landscaper suggested a huge drainage project for $8,000. I was worried the B-Dry system had failed, so I called them out. Stacy was fantastic! He quickly identified the problem – it was actually coming from my furnace, and he fixed it with a snake and clearing the drain. Not only did he save me a fortune, but he completely resolved the issue. I’m so grateful for their quick response and expertise – they really stood by their work.   “I was really disappointed with B Dry’s handling of my basement waterproofing project. They completed the work without getting any approval from the city, which is now causing a major delay – my plumbing permit isn’t approved until they provide photos of the job. I’ve been trying to get updates for a month, but it’s been incredibly frustrating because no one seems to be proactively communicating with me. It feels like the employees might care, but the management isn’t responsive at all. Given this experience, I’d recommend exploring other basement waterproofing companies in the area.” report abuse

  It seems there were some significant issues with the initial installation – they started in the wrong system and missed an opportunity to address the perimeter properly, which would have cost an additional $13,000. Unfortunately, the Life Time Warranty doesn’t appear to have provided the necessary support when problems arose. report abuse

  “We had the B-Dry system installed back in 2003, and it’s been absolutely fantastic – our basement has stayed completely dry ever since. About 14 years later, the sump pump finally needed replacing, but the team came out the same day and took care of it quickly. They were even really thoughtful and included a stamped, self-addressed envelope with the bill, which was a nice surprise! We’d definitely recommend them.” report abuse
