“I was really disappointed with the experience. I scheduled the survey while working from home and requested they call when they arrived. They didn’t show up, and when they did, they used a stake that was about three feet shorter than one our neighbor had previously obtained from another company. I contacted Enger, and they initially said they wouldn’t have put in their own stake – it had their number on it – but promised to investigate the next day. I haven’t heard anything since, and I suspect they never even returned. I'm a little relieved that I haven't received a bill yet, but it’s concerning that they didn’t resolve the issue.”

“It’s really important to handle situations like this with a lot of caution. Simply showing up unannounced and offering services without proper documentation or a clear agreement is a significant concern. As the one who engaged them, you’re ultimately responsible for ensuring all actions taken on your property are legitimate and comply with the law. Please prioritize verifying their credentials and the legality of their work.”
