  “I’m extremely concerned about the lack of progress on this project. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they’ve consistently failed to return our calls. They initially promised subdivision would be completed within 3-6 months, but it’s now been 15 months, and the work remains unfinished. Adding to the frustration, we’ve had three different employees handling our case, and each one was quickly let go after only three months. Now, new people are being assigned to the case with no prior knowledge of the situation, which is incredibly disruptive and makes it impossible to get anything done.” report abuse
