“Kangas were fantastic to work with – incredibly professional and always so friendly and helpful.”

Honestly, I’m really disappointed with my experience with Kanzas. We’ve been a loyal customer for years, always supporting local businesses, especially since our septic system freezes up every winter at our cabin. Recently, I called to see if they could come out and fix our water supply before a weekend trip, but Sandy, who always answers the phone, told me they weren't available until the following Monday – which wouldn’t work for us. I asked if anything opened up, but she just brushed it off. We ended up having to hire someone else. To add insult to injury, they showed up at our cabin on Monday despite my explaining it wouldn't work, and then sent us a bill for $50 for a "trip" charge. I’ve tried to sort this out with Sandy, and she's been incredibly rude and dismissive, insisting we owe the money even though we never booked an appointment. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated this way, especially after spending thousands with them over the years. It’s not just about the $50; it's about the complete lack of respect and appreciation for her customers. We won’t be using Kanzas again, and I’m going to tell everyone I know about this awful experience.
