  Cody was fantastic – he was incredibly professional and punctual, getting straight to the point and clearly understanding our foundation concerns right away. He patiently explained everything, breaking down the issues and outlining the different solutions in a way that was really easy to grasp. Honestly, I’ve used other companies before, and Cody really stood out because he took the time to ensure I completely understood the problem and why his recommendations were the best course of action.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Keystone Basement Systems. David S. was incredibly thorough when he initially assessed our sagging floor – he really took the time to explain everything and recommended a smart jack system and dehumidifier, which we felt was a solid plan. The installation team, led by David Jr., were fantastic too! They were efficient, professional, and left the whole area spotless.   Overall, I’m really pleased with the work Keystone Basement Systems did on my garage. They addressed a serious issue with the basement ceiling – a lot of spalling – and they tackled it effectively by installing the EverBrace system with proper support beams anchored into the ground. Before the repair, getting my car out of the garage always made a really annoying “clunk, clunk” sound because the floor was shifting. Now that’s completely gone. The installation took a little longer than initially estimated, but considering the problem they fixed and the peace of mind I have now, I’m more than happy with the result, even if the price was a bit higher than I’d hoped. report abuse
