  Hayce and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our condo! They completely gutted and rebuilt the interior, tackling everything from new flooring and kitchens/bathrooms to electrical work and painting. What really stood out was their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail – they kept us updated regularly and ensured everything was finished on time and within budget. They were also incredibly courteous and took great care to clean up after themselves each day, which was a huge plus with our condo association’s requirements.   Hayce did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my bedroom floor – it was such a smooth experience from beginning to end. He was really easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to any questions I had. The work itself was top quality, done efficiently, and the cleanup was fantastic.   “I was absolutely thrilled with the service HKF provided. They tackled a really tough job – a broken AC water line that was causing a huge leak inside my roof – and honestly, I was impressed that they were willing to take it on. Hayce was fantastic, handling all the details and scheduling with such clarity and professionalism. She was always on time and, more importantly, genuinely seemed to care about getting the job done right. Her father, Alceir, did the actual repairs and did an incredible job, accommodating all my requests quickly and efficiently. And to top it all off, the price was incredibly fair.   “I was absolutely thrilled with the work that was done on my ceiling. They quickly and efficiently removed the sagging tongue and groove, and unfortunately discovered some damaged Sheetrock underneath – they handled that expertly. The new Sheetrock was beautifully taped, patched, and painted, and the finished result is fantastic! It’s honestly like they were never there, and the quality is outstanding.   “I had a really positive experience working with this team. My neighbor hired them to install a fence between our properties, and I was so pleased with their work installing vinyl siding on my house. They were fantastic about addressing an issue with the original window sill they’d put in – they took care of it quickly and efficiently, which meant a little extra work, but it was handled professionally.
