This place is incredibly overpriced – I felt completely taken advantage of. Charging $700 for a simple reset is absolutely outrageous, and frankly, it seemed like they were trying to charge a premium fee. It felt like a scam.

“I’ve worked with this fire extinguisher company for over 25 years, and frankly, it’s a huge disappointment compared to the company that used to be here. While many of the employees were fantastic, the current management has really fallen short.”
-
“I was really concerned this morning when a driver from your company nearly caused a road rage incident while driving to my office on Storrow Drive. It seems like this has been a recurring issue, based on some of the other reviews I’ve read – and it’s a completely unacceptable way to represent your company.”
-
“I was incredibly concerned on Saturday afternoon while driving on 95 – specifically around 495 – when a truck unexpectedly pulled into the breakdown lane and nearly caused an accident, forcing me to swerve sharply into the right lane.”
-
“I’m incredibly concerned about the driver I encountered. They were operating a company vehicle (mention name, number, and website) with reckless abandon – speeding and exhibiting aggressive driving behavior. Frankly, it was alarming. I’m documenting this and will be contacting the Massachusetts State Police with the license plate information. I sincerely hope this situation is addressed promptly.”
-
I can’t recommend Avoid Fire Equipment Incorporated. My experience with them was really concerning – they were unprofessional and didn’t communicate clearly about their work. Honestly, they seemed to take advantage of the situation, and I would strongly advise you to look for a different company.
