  “We absolutely love our new fence! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. Tommy really took the time to understand what we wanted for our backyard and helped us design a beautiful plan. Abe and Tommy were incredible – they were so meticulous and professional, even dealing with our yard’s tricky slope with ease. They were incredibly efficient and had the fence up in just one day. It’s completely transformed our property and looks absolutely stunning! Tommy even went above and beyond by creating a custom gate for our garden. We feel so much safer now with a secure and beautiful backyard for the kids. Honestly, we couldn’t recommend them enough – it’s a wonderful family business!” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the fence Carli installed for me in Somerville. They did an absolutely fantastic job – the cedar is top-notch and everything was perfectly done. The team was so professional, really courteous and respectful of my property, and they even cleaned up completely after themselves. Considering the quality of work, I felt like I got a really great value for the price.   “Carlo’s company is incredibly busy, so turnaround times can be a little longer than expected. However, they consistently deliver on their estimates and stick to their agreed-upon schedules. I was really impressed with the quality of the materials and the work itself – my new vinyl fence and gates look fantastic.   “I had a really frustrating experience with Carli Fence. I scheduled an appointment for 2pm, but I never heard from him until 11:30 when I got a single call – I missed it because I was in a meeting. There was no follow-up, no attempt to reach me. He then just didn't show up. I called the office at 2:30 to get an update, and he told me he was stuck in traffic and would call me back, but I never heard from him. Ultimately, he cancelled on me completely and was incredibly rude, even hanging up on me when I asked why he’d done it. It was a complete waste of a day, and a really poor experience.” report abuse

  “Honestly, the team weren't the most engaging, but I’m really pleased with the fence they put in. It’s been nearly three years now and it’s still holding up perfectly – completely straight and solid, with the cedar looking fantastic and weathered naturally.   “I was really disappointed with my experience dealing with Carli Fence’s customer service. I felt completely dismissed during my call – it seemed like they thought I was somehow at fault for not having my information readily available. To top it off, I was essentially told to just try again another day because they were busy. Following up on my complaint didn’t seem to make any difference at all, and their response about treating everyone equally just didn’t ring true given how I was treated. Honestly, the whole experience left me feeling frustrated and made me look elsewhere for a fence company with much better customer service.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with this company. Their work practices were completely unacceptable – they were using my truck without my permission and set up a makeshift tool bench on it. I have video evidence of this, and frankly, the quality of their work was also very poor. I wouldn’t trust them again. report abuse
