  “I was really pleased with All Matters – they did a fantastic job replacing my roof. The crew was professional and worked incredibly hard, staying with the project from 9am to 7pm. They were respectful of my property and took care to completely clean up all the debris afterward.   “I was absolutely thrilled with the work All Matters General Contractors did for us. They stepped in just in time when another contractor pulled out, and they completely nailed the job – building two stunning faux chimneys. What really impressed me was their communication. They set up a WhatsApp account which made it incredibly easy to get in touch and keep updated on the project’s progress. Robbie, the site manager, was fantastic too! He was so responsive; he even came to our house within minutes of me texting him with a question on the first day.   “I’m so glad we went with All Matters General Contractors for our new roof. We had a serious problem – water was leaking through one of our bedroom walls and we’d even found black mold growing behind it. Honestly, we didn’t realize just how bad the damage was, or how much work would be needed. It ended up being a much bigger job than we anticipated, requiring some reconstruction inside, and they even took care of repainting the exterior. Claudio and the whole team were fantastic – incredibly helpful, accommodating, and professional. Welton, the manager, was a real pleasure to work with.   “I was really excited about the company’s initial assessment of my basement project – things seemed to be progressing really well. However, just as we were getting close to finalizing the contract, they completely disappeared. I tried contacting them repeatedly, but my calls and messages went unanswered for days. Finally, the person I’d been working with returned my call, and that’s when it became clear they were refusing to honor the terms we’d already agreed upon, instead pushing for the original, much higher price. It was incredibly frustrating – I’d put a lot of time and effort into this, and I ended up feeling completely let down and disappointed.” report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the kitchen remodel All Matters General Contractor handled for us. They kept everything running smoothly – on schedule and within budget – and the finished result is absolutely stunning. Amir was fantastic, offering really helpful advice on all the different options for cabinets, countertops, appliances, and more. The installation crews were also incredibly professional and efficient. They even took care of remodeling our vanity, which turned out beautifully.
