  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Aldo and his team did installing our new mini split system. It was a really complex job – a particularly tricky installation given the age of our 19th-century house – and they handled it with incredible skill and attention to detail. They were incredibly quick, clean, and resourceful, figuring out solutions we never would have even considered. We were so impressed, in fact, that they also installed a whole HVAC system for our church a few years back, and it passed all inspections flawlessly while saving us a substantial amount of money.   Honestly, I can’t recommend Aldos HVAC. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, disrespectful. We had a minor incident with one of their service vehicles and from the start, they handled it terribly. We contacted them after seeing damage to our car, thanks to footage from our neighbor’s security camera. The timing and the damage matched up perfectly. However, Aldos was completely unresponsive and, when we spoke with Aldos directly, he was unbelievably rude. He immediately tried to blame us for the damage, suggesting we hadn't noticed it before, which is simply not true – I’m a new mom with a young baby, and I’m constantly accessing my car. Then, he accused us of trying to frame them, claiming it happened frequently with their drivers. We have the security footage clearly showing their van was present at the time of the accident. Regardless of whether they were at fault, the way they spoke to me was completely unacceptable. It was incredibly disheartening to be treated with such disrespect, especially when they were unwilling to acknowledge responsibility. I would urge anyone considering working with Aldos to think very carefully – choose a company that values professionalism and respect, even when you’re not a customer. report abuse

  I can’t recommend Al and his family enough. They’re a genuinely trustworthy family business, and that’s incredibly important to me when letting someone into my home. Al was especially responsive and always got back to me quickly whenever anything needed attention, and they were incredibly flexible and worked around my schedule perfectly.
