“I used Medford Engineering & Survey for a summer project, and while the final survey itself was correct, the process took a really long time. I signed the initial proposal back in June, and they estimated it would be completed within 4-6 weeks. However, I didn’t get the survey until August 22nd – nearly two months later. I ended up having to do a lot of chasing up and pushing to keep things moving. It was a bit of a disappointing experience, and I’ll probably be looking at other surveying companies going forward, unless they can significantly improve their turnaround times and communication.”

Honestly, I had really high hopes for this service, but it ended up being quite disappointing. They were fantastic at the beginning – really communicative and quick to respond to my questions, which I always appreciate. However, things quickly deteriorated. I was surprised to find a two-month wait just to get scheduled, and the price they quoted was significantly higher than I anticipated, even for a premium service. When I brought up these concerns, I didn’t receive any response at all – no follow-up, no explanation, nothing. It felt incredibly unprofessional and like my feedback simply wasn't valued. Despite the initial positive interaction, the lack of communication ultimately left me feeling let down.
