  FRS Roofing did a fantastic job with our small roof vent installation – we were really impressed! From the initial consultation, Rick was incredibly thorough. He spent a good amount of time checking out our attic, really listened to what we wanted, and even walked around on the roof to assess the job. He gave us three different estimates, clearly explaining all the options, including replacing the pipe boots, and he showed us pictures of our roof to illustrate the problem. What really stood out was how responsive they were. They provided references and insurance information right away, and they quickly scheduled the next day for the work to be completed after we’d arranged for the electrician. They were also incredibly accommodating – when the electrician couldn't install the fan, they adjusted the estimate to just replace the pipe boots, which was a huge relief. The team who actually did the work on the roof was amazing. Marcos was particularly helpful when he had a tricky placement issue, and he went the extra mile to get it done correctly. The final result looks great, and while we can see the new shingle isn’t exactly a perfect match, it’s done so well that it's barely noticeable.   “We were thrilled with the work FRS Roofing did on our home. We contacted them through Angie’s List after noticing some leaks in our old tar and gravel roof, and Ulysses came out to inspect the damage, including our chimneys. He took some great photos and we were impressed with how thorough he was. We also decided to have our gutters and downspouts replaced, and the price was fantastic – much better than other quotes we’d gotten.
