  Masters Touch Design Build did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our kitchen! We hired them to replace all 14 of our windows, build a custom kitchen window, and handle our countertops and backsplash – plus a new dishwasher. From start to finish, we couldn’t be happier. Doug Masters was so helpful, really taking the time to help us choose everything we wanted. Steve and the whole crew were incredibly efficient, prompt, and genuinely friendly. They were also fantastic about adding the extra kitchen work to the original plan – they handled it seamlessly.   Overall, working with Masters Touch was a really positive experience. From the initial planning stages, they were incredibly thoughtful and took the time to truly understand our family’s needs and vision for our space – we never felt pressured into anything bigger than we wanted. The design phase was great too, balancing creativity with a strong awareness of our budget. Like any construction project, there were some delays, which is understandable. However, Masters Touch kept us fully in the loop with every step, and we always knew who was coming and when. They were consistently respectful of our home and always willing to work around our schedule. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and how they quickly addressed any issues raised by the subcontractors. It gave us a lot of confidence. My one piece of feedback would be about the final punch list – it felt a little drawn out and could have been wrapped up in a couple of days instead of being spread out over a longer period.” report abuse

  “We recently had our kitchen and bathroom – both built in the 60s – renovated by Master’s Touch, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, it was really smooth. The initial assessment was easy, and the designer we worked with was fantastic at listening to our ideas and presenting us with lots of different options that perfectly matched our vision. Importantly, they never pressured us into anything we weren’t comfortable with. The construction team were also brilliant – always on time, incredibly professional, and they left the house spotless every day.
