  We absolutely loved working with Eagle Hill Homes to transform our basement and renovate our bathroom. They did an amazing job turning it into exactly the space we’d envisioned – a fantastic addition with a storage room, laundry room, TV room, art studio, gym, mechanical room, kitchenette, and full bathroom. The kids are thrilled! Samantha and Isla were fantastic to work with; they were so helpful in developing our ideas, guiding the project execution, and keeping us informed about the costs every step of the way. We did encounter a couple of unexpected challenges with the age of our house, but Eagle Hill handled everything smoothly and creatively – like incorporating a beautiful bookcase to address an issue with the original structure.   Working with Eagle Hill Homes to renovate our bathrooms, laundry room, and bonus room was an absolute pleasure. From the initial consultation all the way through the final walkthrough, their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and kept everything wonderfully organized. They really took the time to understand our vision, walking us through blueprints and different design options in several in-person meetings. And during the actual renovation, we were consistently updated on the progress, and they always followed up on any decisions we needed to make – it made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, we were impressed with their incredible organization, communication, and ability to come up with creative solutions – they really turned our vision for our South Boston home into a stunning, Pinterest-worthy reality, and all on time! We hired them for a complete gut renovation of our single-family home, which involved a lot of structural work, including load balancing, new living spaces, bathrooms, and even underpinning the basement. Despite the complexity of the project, the entire process was remarkably smooth thanks to their proactive communication and constant updates. They clearly have a fantastic team of subcontractors too, all delivering exceptional quality. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
