They quickly diagnosed the issue, and even though they needed to recommend a different service for the final fix, they went above and beyond by personally calling a colleague to get it arranged immediately.   Floros was fantastic! We had a leak in our water heater and struggled to get anyone out to look at it quickly. Two other plumbers we contacted were completely unresponsive – one needed a week and the other couldn't schedule an appointment. Floros was a lifesaver! He came out the same day after just seeing a couple of pictures, and he fixed the problem efficiently and professionally. He was also really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions about other things going on in our unit.
