“I was really disappointed with the service I received. They damaged my wire fence despite repeated warnings, and the foreman was incredibly dismissive and rude. He seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue, spending most of his time smoking instead of addressing the problem.”
-
Honestly, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. The crew starts their work incredibly early, right outside my apartment, and as a third shift worker, I’m consistently woken up and left with only a couple of hours of sleep. To add to that, when I contacted management about the lack of hot water, they revealed a significant water line issue that flooded the basement and damaged the hot water heater. It felt incredibly intrusive to hear one of the workers openly discussing my complaint while my window was open – it felt like they weren’t taking my concerns seriously at all.
-
I was very concerned about the behavior I witnessed while this employee, driving vehicle #XE16998, was operating it. The erratic driving – including tailgating, inappropriate gestures, and hanging out the window – was completely unacceptable and reflected poorly on the company. Frankly, it was a shocking display of conduct and raised serious questions about the hiring process. I’ve never encountered behavior like this in a company vehicle and found it deeply unprofessional.
-
“I understand they’re preparing the sidewalks for construction, but cutting the concrete without any water running is creating a huge mess and getting dust all over our cars. It’s really frustrating, and I’m hoping they’ll address the dust issue.”
-
“The team did a fantastic job replacing the sidewalk after the tree fell – they really took care of the situation. They were incredibly courteous and kept to the agreed-upon schedule, and the quality of their work was excellent.”
-
“I was really disappointed with my experience. While I was admiring the construction work, I was abruptly told to move along with a completely inappropriate and frankly rude comment about my dress and a veiled threat about a lawsuit. The condescending tone was completely unacceptable.”
-
“This company consistently delivers really solid concrete work – you can tell they know what they’re doing.”
