  “I absolutely fell in love with my new home from Perthel Homes! It’s honestly perfect for me – the kitchen and great room are fantastic, the screened porch is beautiful, and I especially adore the cozy bedroom with the fireplace and the convenience of a first-floor laundry room. Ben, Zach, and Jackie were amazing to work with throughout the entire process, from the initial design to the final touches. You can really tell they’re dedicated to their customers and to building high-quality homes. They went above and beyond, working with the best craftsmen to make sure every detail was just right.   We were just casually house hunting when we found a beautiful Perthel Homes build that we absolutely fell in love with – it was a real disappointment to miss out. Thankfully, Perthel Homes reached out and told us about a new construction project that was just framed and, unbelievably, it was exactly what we were looking for! They were so generous to let us see it and, even better, they allowed us to personalize the entire design. Working with them was an incredible experience; they were incredibly responsive, patient, and really helped us navigate our first home-building journey.   Working with Perthel Homes was an absolutely incredible experience. We’ve built two homes with them and, honestly, we’d choose them again without hesitation for a third! It started with noticing the consistently superior quality of their builds, which led us to Ben, and we ended up designing and building our dream home. Ben was truly exceptional – he was incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated, really collaborating with us every step of the way. He expertly guided us through a complex spec build, even helping us realize our vision for a large, open space with a fantastic basement, including a golf simulator! Zack was also fantastic, meticulously handling every detail, from the custom mantel to securing the batting cage netting. And James, who was practically an extension of the Perthel team, was always so attentive and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect. What really set them apart was their willingness to accommodate *any* request. They were always positive and helpful, and Ben, in particular, was incredibly accessible – he’d drop by whenever we needed him, often right away.   Honestly, we were really disappointed with our experience working with Perthel. We’d been seriously considering them as a builder, but their communication was incredibly slow and unresponsive. Emails went unanswered, and even when we did get a response, it often took up to a week. We’re not sure if it was a budget concern, but it wasn’t clearly communicated to us, and ultimately, their lack of communication made us feel like we couldn’t confidently move forward with them on our new home build. report abuse

They really took the time to explain everything and guided us through the whole building process, which made it so much easier. We were consistently impressed by their professionalism, honesty, and how quickly they responded to our needs.   “I was so impressed with the service I received! I contacted the original builder of my house, who happened to be a former owner, about a slightly out-of-square cabinet in my kitchen. Ben Perthel, the new owner, responded immediately the next day and took care of it completely free of charge. He’s a really nice guy, and the problem is now completely resolved.
