  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Wisconsin Home Improvement. From the very beginning, Peter was incredibly helpful, really focusing on the areas of our house where we’d been struggling with heat loss for years, and clearly explaining the potential benefits of adding insulation in the attic. He took the time to thoroughly analyze our situation and patiently walked us through the entire process, ensuring we completely understood the estimate. Adrian did a brilliant job leading the work itself. He was fantastic – always approachable, answered all our questions during the work, and made sure we were kept fully informed about each step. We especially appreciated how carefully they handled bringing in all the materials and equipment needed for the attic work, minimizing disruption to our home.   “We were really pleased with the work WHI did on our 1960s home, which had absolutely no insulation. They gave us some great quotes, and their price was particularly competitive. The crew was incredibly careful, taking extra time to remove our old vinyl siding without causing any damage. The whole job was completed in just two days, and they left everything looking spotless. Honestly, the difference in temperature inside the house was noticeable almost immediately – it felt so much warmer and cozier. We’re really looking forward to seeing a reduction in our propane bills this winter and not needing to use the AC as much.   Overall, I was really pleased with the work Mike did for me. As someone restoring a 1923 home and trying to stick to a budget, I was a little unsure about my options, but Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and presented me with a couple of solutions that fit perfectly. I especially appreciated the timing – he came out in typical February weather, which really allowed me to notice the positive impact of the insulation work over the two days. He was also very considerate, leaving the area tidy at the end of each day and keeping me well-informed throughout the entire process.   Overall, it was a good experience – I was really pleased with how easy it was to get the initial quote scheduled. However, there were a couple of communication issues when I was trying to confirm the details of the job and get an estimated arrival time. The owner was very apologetic and quickly sorted things out, so I appreciate that. I especially want to commend Adrian; he was fantastic – incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped me feel comfortable about the insulation work. report abuse

  “I wholeheartedly recommend this company – they were absolutely fantastic! We’d recently completed a lot of renovations and worked with numerous contractors, but these guys were, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever encountered. They were consistently on time, incredibly meticulous with the insulation and rebuilding work in our attic and crawl spaces, and the cleanup after each of the four days was so thorough it was like they hadn't been there at all. Most importantly, they were professional, respectful, and I’m a pretty demanding client, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.   “Overall, the team was really friendly and professional – they were punctual and respectful of our home. However, I was really disappointed with the quoting process. The initial estimate didn't include an inspection of the attic, and then we were pressured into a completely different, and frankly unnecessary, repair. It felt like we were misled about the scope of the work, and the high trip charge was really frustrating considering the situation.” report abuse
