  “Overall, the team was really responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. However, the quality of their work was unfortunately quite poor. We ended up having to follow up several times to ensure things were being done correctly. We also found a concerning amount of debris – over a hundred nails and a circular saw blade – left in our yard after they finished the roof, and some pallets they’d used were just left out there.
