  “I was so impressed with the service I received when my air conditioner suddenly stopped working on a Sunday. They were open right when I called Monday morning and got me scheduled for an appointment first thing. The technician was even 15 minutes early and fixed the problem quickly – everything was back up and running within about 45 minutes!   “I absolutely have to recommend Comfort Experts – they’re truly a professional and trustworthy company. I had a terrible experience with another repair service who couldn’t even give me a clear estimate and said they wouldn’t have the parts for a whole week! After paying for an inspection, I called Comfort Experts and they sent Cole out right away for a second opinion, completely free of charge. He quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know he could get the repairs done the next day. What really impressed me was that they immediately sent over two estimates, offering me the option to fix just the issue part or replace a worn one – and at a really great discount. They even called me to explain everything in detail. Cole was fantastic, getting the repairs done quickly and efficiently. And to top it all off, they offered a veterans discount.   “Cole did a fantastic job servicing our AC and thermostats – we have five different units with five thermostats. The old thermostats were really acting up, and I initially thought they were faulty. Cole was able to get all of them working perfectly, and he took the time to meticulously program the schedules exactly to our specifications. As a wellness center, we’re quite particular about our temperature settings, and I was really impressed that he was willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs.
