  “I’d definitely recommend Red Mountain Air! I was referred by a friend and I’m so glad I was. We had a really frustrating experience with our old system – it broke down just 38 days after the warranty expired, and despite an inspection saying everything was okay, the original company still insisted on a hefty $18,880 price tag for a new one. Thankfully, Red MountainAir stepped in. They installed a brand new Carrier system for under $9,000, including a full warranty and even fixed the base platform it was on. I initially had a really frustrating issue with a new unit leaking due to condensation, and they stepped up immediately. Then, when a drywall problem caused damage in a new bathroom – requiring an emergency visit and extra contractors – Red Mountain took full responsibility and covered all the costs. They were incredibly proactive in finding the right people to help. Honestly, I’m so grateful I was referred to them. It’s refreshing to see a company that truly puts its customers first, like Red Mountain does. I even received a personal apology from the owner, which was a really thoughtful touch. And now, thanks to Red Mountain, I’m enjoying a cool and comfortable home – something that wouldn’t have been possible with my old AC unit and lack of vents. The technician quickly identified the problem – a failed capacitor – and explained it clearly. He also offered some helpful suggestions for preventative maintenance. Travis and Carter were fantastic – so polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They thoroughly checked my AC and air handler and gave me a clear, detailed quote. I decided to go ahead and replace the worn part right away, and I really appreciated that they took the time to test everything before they left, ensuring it was working perfectly.   “I had a really positive experience with Red Mountain. Our old AC unit suddenly stopped working, and they sent Tim out to take a look. He quickly diagnosed that it needed replacing, and thankfully, he was able to assess our needs and provide us with a quote right there at our home. We decided to go ahead with the new system, and it was installed within just three days – a really smooth process.
