  “I’d highly recommend Red Mountain – my neighbor, who’s really meticulous about his own home, suggested them to me, so I knew they’d done their research. I had an older hot water system that was causing issues with my air conditioning, and knowing Red Mountain had experience with similar systems made me feel really confident in their abilities. They were incredibly professional, arrived on time, worked diligently for several hours, and left the area spotless. The new system is fantastic – the cooling is noticeably faster and it’s much quieter than my old one. I'm extremely satisfied with the work they did.” report abuse

  I was really pleased with the recent installation of our new Carrier air conditioner and furnace by Red Mountain Air, specifically Tim Friederich and his team. They did an amazing job, especially considering the challenging conditions – working in our attic crawl space with temperatures over 100 degrees! Because of the limited space, they had to completely take apart and put back together the old and new units, and they did it with impressive skill and care. Everyone was incredibly professional, courteous, and worked incredibly hard. Plus, Tim followed up two weeks later for a thorough inspection, which gave me complete confidence in the installation.   I was so impressed with Red Mountain Air Conditioning! I had a problem with my AC unit not blowing cold air, and I sent a message late on Saturday hoping to hear back. To my surprise, I received a response first thing Sunday morning, and the technician, Pete, was able to come out and fix the issue. I was back to enjoying cool air before 10:00 a.m. – fantastic service! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs or considering a new system. Five stars! report abuse

  Louis did a fantastic job! He was actually ahead of schedule, which was a really helpful start. He was also incredibly polite, efficient, and friendly – he clearly explained what was wrong and thankfully had the parts we needed.   “I just wanted to express our sincere gratitude to Red Mountain Air Conditioning – especially to Roberto, Junior, and Luis Jr. – for the fantastic job they did replacing our A/C system last week (June 8th-9th). They were truly exceptional! The team was incredibly professional, well-organized, and clearly very experienced. They worked so efficiently and were genuinely friendly and easy to get along with. It was particularly impressive considering the extreme heat – 100 degrees plus – which made working in the attic and outdoors a real challenge. They handled those conditions with such ease and professionalism. After the installation, we were able to inspect the furnace in the attic, and we were blown away by the quality of their work. It’s rare to find a company with such a skilled and dedicated team, and we definitely look forward to using Red Mountain Air Conditioning again in the future.” report abuse

  “I’ve been incredibly happy with the service I’ve received from Red Mountain A/C – they were formerly C&M. What really stood out to me is that the technicians aren’t paid on commission, which means they’re genuinely focused on providing honest and helpful service. They took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, and I was so grateful they suggested installing a safety switch a couple of years ago.
