  “I was really pleased with the service I received when Zander and Jordan installed my new AC system. Zander sent me a text the day before to confirm the 6 AM start time, which I appreciated. They arrived on time, got straight to work after a quick chat, and finished up really efficiently in the early afternoon. Zander even took the time to walk me through the work they’d done and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Honestly, they’re professionals who clearly know what they’re doing – they didn't hesitate to get their hands dirty, and I’d definitely recommend them.” report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with AirTime’s service. They replaced our old units and clearly explained all our options, so we felt confident we’d made the right decision. They were competitive in their pricing and did a fantastic job – they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took extra care to make sure we understood the new equipment before they left. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We also want to give a special shout-out to Jacob Latin. He did a thorough job performing our annual maintenance today, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to show my husband how to properly clean the A/C coils, and he even changed our filters for us – really helpful! report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with AirTime Cooling and Heating. From the initial estimate to the final installation, they were fantastic. Brian, the owner, was so helpful – he really took the time to explain all the different options and equipment, and his quote was competitive. What really stood out was that he even included the Nest Learning Thermostat I’d purchased at Costco without charging me extra! He even gave me some great advice on how to improve the airflow in my living room, and I was able to install a little scoop myself, which has made a huge difference. Once I’d chosen them from a selection of six bids, the installation team – James, Jordan, and Vincent – did an amazing job. They were all so knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. My dog, Hank, even approved of them! Overall, I got exactly what I was looking for, with no problems at all. I highly recommend AirTime Cooling and Heating.” report abuse
