He seamlessly reworked the existing supply lines to create zoned heating and cooling, which was a really smart addition and something no other contractor we spoke with was willing to tackle due to their lack of experience with zone systems. Dave, the owner, was incredibly involved in the whole installation process, and Juan and his helper were fantastic – so knowledgeable, polite, and hardworking. The mini-split looks absolutely amazing and the system is running perfectly. I highly recommend them; they were exceptional from start to finish. I also want to give a special shout-out to Jeremy, who recently serviced my main unit – he was on time, professional, and even took the time to clean up the insulation that fell from my attic.   “I was absolutely thrilled with Arizona Cooling! We had a complete AC outage on a Saturday night – the hottest day of the year, no less – with three kids, pets, and my wife and me at home. I was really worried, but thankfully I spoke to a real person who quickly connected me with Dave Porter. He arrived within minutes, diagnosed the problem fast, and got everything fixed in no time. Honestly, the service was incredible, and the price was more than reasonable for the relief they provided that night.   “I was so impressed with AZ Cooling – they really saved the day! Our AC went out during a brutally hot evening, and Dave drove over an hour and a half to get us working again. It was the hottest day of the year, and they were able to fix it in just a half hour. It’s great to see a company that actually follows through on their promises, especially since no one else who advertised 24-hour service would even come out. They have a fantastic annual maintenance plan for just $149 that includes checks on both your AC and heating, and you even get 10% off parts! Definitely recommend them.” report abuse

Honestly, it’s been a week of sweltering heat, and I’m so grateful he was able to get it working again.
