“I had a little trouble finding the store – I wasn’t checking directions while I was driving, and I arrived at 4:30 PM, just as it was closing.”
-
“I asked him to put the long blades on before he retrieved the paver pallet – I wanted to be able to get deeper into my truck bed, rather than having the paver sit on my tailgate.”
-
“Hello everyone, my name is Sergio Guzman, and I’m a local Google guide – I’m a Level 8 guide and a contractor working in Apache Junction. I’ve recently been exploring the wonderful community at Harmony at Apache Junction, a really lovely and active 55+ neighborhood.”
-
“I really struggled with this experience. The staff seemed incredibly short-staffed, and I felt completely rushed through my needs. To add to that, the associates I interacted with were quite rude. After a long wait and a very unpleasant interaction, they were even out of stock of the item I needed.”
-
“I was really disappointed with my experience. I called ahead and was told they had the product I needed in stock, but when I arrived, the computer system indicated it was out of stock. After getting a yard ticket, I checked and it turned out they had even less in stock than I’d been led to believe.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. I recently purchased a compactor for $1000, and they took my money very quickly. More frustratingly, when I arrived to have pavers installed, they quoted me $350 over the phone, but upon arrival, the price jumped to three times that amount. Worse still, they refused to honor the initial quote because it wasn’t in writing – it was completely unacceptable service.

“I was really disappointed with my experience at this store. I called to check on the availability of a specific quantity of seal block and was told they didn’t have it. They offered to place an order with Superlite block, but it would require me to purchase a… [continues from original text].”

“I was incredibly frustrated with my experience. I tried repeatedly to reach someone at the store over the course of three days, calling 12 times total. Finally, on the 13th call, I spoke with a woman who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed determined to end the conversation as quickly as possible and offered no assistance whatsoever.”
-
“I went in today to get an estimate, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. I arrived at 3:40 pm, but the person at the desk said he couldn’t show me the gray pavers – they were about to close up shop for the day. It seemed a bit unreasonable that it would take that long to simply look at them.”
-
“My experience at the showroom was quite frustrating. I went in to check on an order and followed their advice, but it was incredibly difficult to get any updates. I called repeatedly, and was stuck on hold for a significant amount of time – three times for forty minutes – with no one answering ten other calls. Ultimately, I found their service unreliable and felt it was unnecessarily expensive.”
