They really went above and beyond – sending someone out in person to discuss the project, and their team did a brilliant job resurfacing my pool area, completely transforming it. Plus, they were always punctual, communicated really well, and included a fantastic 3rd party pool cleaning service after they finished. We’ve now used them again for our outdoor kitchen project, and they seamlessly matched the pool deck floor, even adding some extra concrete work to address a minor drainage problem.   “I’ve been incredibly pleased with the work Arizona Creative Surfaces did on my patio over 15 years ago. Despite some minor issues – primarily caused by salt buildup in the concrete and normal wear – they expertly repaired only the affected areas using the original mosaic pattern. They recently completed the repair and applied a new sealer, and it looks fantastic – honestly, like it was just installed!   “I recently had my patio and pool deck restored, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! After researching a few concrete restoration companies, I chose Az Creative Surfaces based on their reputation and the positive reviews I’d read. The work was completed two weeks ago, and the transformation is absolutely amazing. It took about six days to get the concrete looking fantastic, and then a couple more days for the sealant to fully cure. The crew was incredibly experienced and professional – they really knew what they were doing.   “I didn’t use AZ Creative Surfaces directly, but I contacted them for a quote on replacing the Kool Deck around my pool. I was really impressed with Taylor, the estimator. He was incredibly knowledgeable and upfront about the potential issues – he explained that the existing damage to my concrete, caused by salt, would likely lead to chipping with the Kool Deck. What really stood out was his honesty; he could have just given me a quote and left me with a disappointing outcome, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and offer advice on better surface options and questions to ask when getting other quotes.   “Honestly, I was really disappointed with this product. It’s significantly more expensive than I expected, and the quality just wasn’t there. Even after just one day, it started chipping and developing holes in the sealant. To make matters worse, after the first rain, I had standing water pooling on the surface – something I’ve never experienced with my concrete before. The standing water has actually created deeper stress cuts, which is a serious safety hazard. I wouldn’t recommend this company.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the long-term results of the deck Arizona Creative renovated for me back in 2013. I chose them after hearing great things about their work and their durable product. They addressed my initial concern about efflorescence on the concrete and promised to grind it down, acknowledging there was a possibility of recurrence. Unfortunately, the chipping returned within two and a half years and has gotten significantly worse. It’s now a much bigger problem than it was originally. Honestly, if I’d been given a clearer understanding that the issue wasn’t just ‘possible’ to return, but truly likely, I wouldn’t have spent $7,000 on what essentially turned out to be a temporary fix. Now, I’m left with a deck that looks far worse than when they started, and I’m frustrated because I’m not getting any response to my emails or phone calls – I really need a lasting solution.” report abuse
