  I’d be honest and say my experience with A Core was really disappointing. As a plumbing department manager, I always look for reliable partners, but unfortunately, A Core didn’t meet my standards. I hired them to map my garage for post-tension cables to fix a sewer line, and it was a complete letdown. They only mapped a tiny 8x8 area – nowhere near enough for the job, and certainly not what I’d agreed to. I asked them to return and finish the work, and they scheduled another appointment, but they didn’t tell me I’d be charged again. When they came back, they just mapped a straight line across the garage, and the homeowner said they were only there for 15 minutes. Considering the two-hour minimum charge is $462, it was completely unreasonable. After receiving an invoice for the second trip, I spoke with Brad, the manager, who wasn’t particularly helpful. I ended up paying the $462 out of principle – I’m happy to pay for good work, but I won’t be paying for a half-finished job. I’d strongly advise against using A Core and I’d recommend exploring other options. report abuse
