  I can’t recommend this company. My experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately left me with a significant problem. They seriously messed up the ventilation system, and I spent a long time dealing with a lot of delays and a lack of clear communication. Alison was particularly unreliable and, unfortunately, stopped responding to me. While Andrew was polite, I felt he often treated me with a lack of respect. Worse still, none of the work was covered by warranty, and they delayed addressing the issue for two years before even acknowledging it, refusing to take any responsibility. Now I’m stuck paying another contractor to fix the damage they caused. Also, I wish I’d known that there’s a limited timeframe – only two years – to file a complaint with the ROC. report abuse

  “Overall, this was a fantastic experience! Richelle and Matt were amazing at keeping me informed every step of the way, and I’m thrilled with the final result – my flooring, baseboards, paint, and bathroom remodel exceeded my expectations. The only slight hiccup was with the shower glass installation, which required a couple of return visits to get right, but the team handled everything really well and kept me in the loop.” report abuse

  “I wanted to share my experience with A-Team. I contacted them a little over a month ago to get a quote for a remodel, and initially, the team was very friendly and quickly scheduled an appointment for me. However, it took a full month to get that appointment booked, and they even confirmed it the day before. Then, on the day of, no one showed up, and I had to chase them down through their main office. I was told someone would get back to me, but I never heard anything for over an hour and a half – and they closed for the day. Ultimately, they told me they were completely booked with a 20-month wait time. While I understand things get busy, the biggest issue was the complete lack of communication and respect for my time. It’s really important to do your research and get quotes from multiple companies before moving forward with any project, especially considering this experience.” report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with the work A-Team Construction did on my home. They were fantastic – truly a 5-star company! From start to finish, they were incredibly reliable, always punctual and incredibly careful with safety and keeping my home clean. The owners were fantastic to work with, and my crew was fantastic too. They really listened to my vision and paid close attention to detail, and I absolutely love my new kitchen and slider – it’s perfect!
