  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. After seven months, they still haven’t completed the repairs needed following the storm – specifically, the windows and doors are still damaged. Worse, they’re now requesting more money from my insurance company than we initially agreed upon, which has, unfortunately, increased my overall insurance premiums.
