  Honestly, I was really hoping things would go smoothly, but my experience with ALM Services and Tracy Herbert was incredibly concerning. The initial requirement to keep Stacey on-site, as outlined in the contract, seemed like a good start, but Tracy Herbert was involved frequently testing the air. Because I’m so protective of my 86-year-old mother, I’m hesitant to trust anyone working in her home, especially when it involved testing for mold. Tracy came to her house four times to test, even after mold remediation hadn't been done. It just seemed odd that he would continue testing without addressing the problem. And each visit cost my mother $500. Things got even stranger when she discovered he hadn't even cashed a check she’d given him! Then, after the mold work was supposedly finished, one of the ALM guys came to put things back together, spending nearly 10 hours there with his wife and child – it felt like he was rushing to get out. Unfortunately, he put the water heater back together incorrectly, and it sprayed saltwater all over my mother’s garage table. I wouldn’t recommend ALM Services or Tracy Herbert to anyone. I’d like to say I appreciate Larry, the owner, but overall, this was a very frustrating and ultimately unsatisfactory experience. report abuse
