  Honestly, I’m so impressed with Dustsharkz! My wife and I recently had them remove and install quartz waterfalls in our home – a project we were really nervous about, given all the horror stories we’d heard. From the very first contact, Rich, the owner, was fantastic. He came out to assess the job on a Monday, just days after we’d reached out, and his confidence was immediately reassuring. He’s a genuinely good guy, really easy to talk to, and he clearly cares about his team. I even called him on the weekend with a quick question about our slab, and he took the time to answer it thoroughly. The crew – Lu and his team – were incredible. They were incredibly efficient, finishing the 705 square feet in about four hours! And the best part? Absolutely zero dust. Seriously, it was like magic – finding dust was harder than finding Easter eggs! They were so precise with the thinset and porcelain tiles, especially around the delicate quartz waterfalls. I wholeheartedly recommend Dustsharkz; they’re worth every penny, and I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know needing tile work. Rich, the owner, really took the time to explain everything and I could tell he’s genuinely passionate about providing excellent service – and he certainly delivered. Lou, the lead worker, was fantastic too, he thoroughly walked through the job with me to make sure we were both on the same page, and the team worked incredibly hard and with a real attention to detail. They were incredibly respectful of my home, and you could tell they were proud of their work. Honestly, the dustless demolition was a total game-changer! I was expecting a huge mess, but it was absolutely spotless. My walls, counters, and light switches were untouched, which was amazing, especially considering we live in Arizona. I didn’t sneeze or have any irritated eyes – it was truly remarkable. I didn't even need to vacuum or dust afterward!   “I wholeheartedly recommend DustSharkz! We had a really tricky situation – an eight-year-old with severe allergies – and I was incredibly worried about the disruption of a floor demo. But from start to finish, they were fantastic. They scheduled a visit the same day to provide an estimate, and the job was completed just two days later. Honestly, it was the best post-construction cleaning I’ve ever had – and easily the best service I’ve ever received! They were incredible. They completely blew us away with how dust-free the place was; we were genuinely shocked – we thought there’d be at least a little bit left, but they left it absolutely spotless. Their attention to detail and conscientious attitude were fantastic, and they were just so polite and professional. You could tell they really cared about doing a great job.
