  I was really impressed with All Star Patio Door Repair. I contacted them quite late one day and they responded immediately – which was fantastic. They quickly gave me a quote and had a technician, Jordan, out the very next day to fix our sliding door. Jordan was a really nice guy and did a great job!   I was really pleased with AllStar’s service today. About eighteen months ago, they replaced our sliding door channel and rollers, and now one of the rollers had failed, causing the door to stick. They came out promptly and, after a thorough inspection, replaced the faulty roller completely free of charge.   I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I hired them to repair my patio screen door, but after getting a much lower quote from another contractor, I tried to cancel. They wouldn’t give me a full refund, only offering 50% back because they said they could still use the standard screen door on another job. It felt completely unfair, especially as a first-time customer, and I was essentially forced to stick with them despite the inflated price.
