I’ve repeatedly contacted sales representatives to place an order for three doors, but I’ve been met with a frustrating lack of follow-through. They consistently promise to email me a copy of the final order, yet it never arrives. When I finally manage to reach someone, they send it to me after I’ve already contacted them. It’s taken over a week to complete this simple order, and I haven’t received any meaningful communication beyond these repeated attempts.   “Manny was fantastic today! When the initial jamb order was incorrect, he went above and beyond by ordering extra replacements instead of just extending the existing ones, as we’d talked about. I didn’t have a table saw available, so he really stepped in and ripped the new jams down to size for me. That was a huge help, and it ultimately saved me a significant amount of time and gas – plus, it avoided needing another half day on the job.
