  “I can’t recommend this company – our home warranty experience was incredibly disappointing. They completely missed our scheduled repair appointment, and when they finally did arrive, the work was shockingly poor. They just lightly sanded over the problem areas and covered everything with new tape, essentially making the cracks even more noticeable because they hadn't properly addressed the underlying issues. Sadly, the repairs didn’t last; the cracks have reappeared just three months later. Honestly, it seems like they might have even been involved in the original drywall work, which explains why we’ve continued to have problems. We’re now left with no choice but to hire a professional contractor to properly fix this, or we’ll likely end up doing it ourselves.” report abuse

  “After a year with this company, I’m incredibly disappointed and unfortunately, I’ve decided to move on. It’s been a really stressful experience, largely due to the low pay and the way I’ve been treated. Things really started to decline when Mr. Larry took over as manager – he seems to have a completely inappropriate approach to managing people. Despite initial hopes for improvement, the issues with long commutes and barely acceptable compensation for gas money have persisted.
