  Scott was fantastic – I’d definitely hire him again! He was so responsive, sending over the quote quickly via text. Everything ran incredibly smoothly – scheduling was a breeze, he completed the job perfectly and efficiently, and even offered some really useful painting advice. It was a smaller job, but Scott was incredibly professional and efficient. After a few days of coordinating with the roofing company about payment, we were able to schedule the repairs, and I was absolutely blown away with the quality of work! He was incredibly responsive, getting back to me immediately and quickly providing a clear estimate before scheduling the work for the next morning. Throughout the process, he was fantastic at keeping me informed, and the drywall repair on my patio ceiling was done to a superb standard. He even gave me some helpful advice on how to maintain the repair for the long term.   Scott was a really easy guy to work with. I called him the day before to get an estimate for a drywall repair – about 75 inches – and he was able to fit me in the next day, which was great. He did a fantastic job removing the old cabinets and dealing with the damaged wood, and the texture he applied perfectly matched the rest of the house.   “I was really impressed with this service! They responded so quickly – I texted them on Saturday and they were able to come out Sunday. The job itself was done really fast and the result looks fantastic. They even took care of the 8”x10” hole the previous plumbers left behind the shower, so you wouldn’t even know it was there.   “I contacted 1st Choice Drywall Repair hoping to get a quote for some drywall work after remodeling a room in my house. Their initial quote of $1700 was shockingly high – far more than the $950-$1050 I’d been quoted by other well-reviewed companies. It felt incredibly over-priced. But it wasn’t just the price. When I explained that I’d be going with someone else, they responded with a really disrespectful and dismissive message, basically saying they doubted the quality of the other companies. It felt like a personal attack, and their continued attempts to lower the price, coupled with the negative comments about their competitors, was just incredibly rude and unpleasant. I ended up having to block their number – it was a really toxic experience, and I’m so disappointed that a company with so many positive reviews could treat a potential customer like that.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the work this company did for me. They handled several drywall repairs, including sections of my patio and a ceiling with a water leak, and did a fantastic job. The person I worked with was incredibly responsive – he quickly responded to my initial message with pictures and measurements, arrived within a couple of days after we agreed on a price, and even let me know he was on his way. I appreciated the minimal interaction; he was efficient and respectful of my space. The texture matched perfectly, and he provided helpful guidance for the next steps.
