  I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The technician initially estimated six hours for the job and charged nearly $700, but completed it in just an hour and a half. When I questioned the lengthy estimate, he simply stated it was a flat fee – which felt incredibly misleading. I then requested to speak to the owner, and was told it was his father.
